Fairphone is not as sustainable or fair as it meant to be, but it is the best there is and improving.
It has to be as fair as possible in an unfair system. And as usual, buying “green” products is not the solution to climate change.
A truly fair phone is produced outside a capitalist (or other outdated) system, and not just at the edge of capitalism.
