About the Co-initiatives category

Here we arrive as a community at important decisions that affect us as a whole.

It’s important to note that chapters are independent and exercise a grassroots culture. Therefore, Co-initiatives should happen very rarely, if ever at all. But it’s good to have this in place in case we do need it.

A co-initiative goes through the following phases: proposalreviewapprovedarchived.

Users with TL1 can only reply in existing topics. Users with TL2 or higher can create new co-initiative proposals. This is not to exclude people, but to guide new users where they should start posting on the forum, which is rarely in this category. Once a co-initiative phase is complete, a user with TL3 can move the topics from proposal → review → approved → archived.
