This is a quick fix, but without technical solutions it will be difficult to maintain. If it was really that simple, Canada would not have left Kyoto like many other countries to stimulate their economic growth.
We need to change the rules of the game in the economy to create a new behavior. It’s not an easy fix, but it’s not easy either trying to be sustainable in a system that needs to grow infinitely.
