This forum is mainly in English. But sometimes posts in Reports are in a different language. People usually use Google Translate, which indeed works quite well. There are other Cloud solutions, but the best way would be to translate in your browser itself.
Firefox released a new plugin which allows translating pages offline, another great reason to ditch Chrome.
