Long-term vision for TZM?

How do you see the long-term vision of TZM unfold? For a decade I see people waiting for Peter Joseph to release that one thing that would turn the momentum around. It seems like people outsourced the long-term vision and strategy to Peter, while he actually already moved away from TZM.

How do you envision the future for TZM without Peter? We’re by definition a grassroots movement, so we don’t need a leader. But we do need people that take the initiative.

Let’s be hypothetical, let’s say you have time and money to implement ideas. What would they be?
