The Mine Kafon project, initiated by Afghan-born designer Massoud Hassani, offers innovative, low-cost solutions for landmine detection and clearance. Inspired by his childhood experiences in Kabul, where he and his brother built wind-powered toys that often drifted into minefields, Hassani developed two primary devices: the Mine Kafon Ball and the Mine Kafon Drone.
