Can you give some examples of self-management? Because I’m not sure what you mean. Do you mean flexible working hours? Or bring your own device to work? It would be greatly appreciated if you kick-off your topics with some more context and how it also relates to TZM

For example there are the SCOPs in France where I live it works with a majority vote “one person = one vote” the employees decide together, at the scale of a company, of their place of production, without depending on the shareholder
