The divergence between Greenpeace and international summits (COP 21 or 29 for example) in dealing with environmental issues

Hello
I observe that there is a divergence among Greenpeace, which remains committed to action, even activism, without challenging the monetary system and international summits (COP 21 or 29, for example) operating in small talk mode without finding quick, effective solutions to address environmental issues.
What do you think of my comments?
Thank you.
Have a nice day.
