Hello
Regarding locavorism,
To define it, it’s an economic model that consists of eating local food within a 180 km radius of one’s home.
But I think it’s not always environmentally friendly; you can find food containing pesticides, glyphosates, and GMOs.
Have you heard of this economic system, as it relates to my topic?
Thank you.
Have a nice day.
I would starting by saying , pesticides, glyphosates, and GMOs. aren’t necessary because we have vertical farming , marine-agriculture , technically we grow any crops any were .
And do not put GMOs and pesticide in a same line those two are different things (pesticide==poison for killing bugs) and GMOs is a methodology to modify crops . So , that we can grow crops in harsh’s conditions
Now, if you want specific cuisine we could build cultural restaurant like Russian restaurant, German restaurant, Chinese restaurant, or Europan restaurant.
With vertical farms? I believe most crops in those farms are lettuce. Things are improving though. But I haven’t seen potatoes, onions, broccoli and alike in those kind of farms. But maybe I’m out of date on the subject.
