Is there anywhere a statistic of the TZM members? Leavers and new comers?

This is not really centrally monitored. The TZM NL chapter has a core team of about 5 people that have remained active since the beginning. In between there are people coming and leaving. Mostly because of initial excitement but are not willing to make it a persistent effort. They hop between organizations, sometimes they also come back.
So each chapter may have a different experience, but as far as I know we have no list of current members anywhere. The chapters map is the first attempt to really make this more transparent. We had maps before, but didn’t include the possibility to message chapters or see the actual members. This map is also community managed, people can join and leave by themselves.
